How It Started

At the heart of Topline Plumbing is Joe Torculas, a dedicated plumber with over 15 years of hands-on experience. Originally from Castroville, CA, Joe studied at Universal Technical Institute.

When Joe moved to Redding with his wife Cindy, they saw an opportunity to build something meaningful. In 2007, they founded Topline Plumbing.
